I don’t live in DC but, if I did, I’d be planning to bear witness to the Lawfare Drone Smackdown this weekend. For those of you who are denizens of our nation’s capitol, or who will be there and have some free time on Sunday, head to Fort Reno Park to check out a handful of academics who have created model drones that will fight to the death starting at 2 pm (not high noon, unfortunately). In keeping with lawfare’s mission, they even have their own laws of war. Note: There is some possibility that the location will have to be moved if the FAA objects.
